§ 2 Data Processing

In the inevitable server statistics are automatically stored such data which your browser send. These are:

  • Hostname of the accessing computer (IP-Address)
  • Time of server request.

These data are can usually not be assigned to specific individuals. A compilation of these data with other data sources is not made.

§ 3 User Profiles

For the purpose of advertising, market research or for customizing our offerings, we create pseudonymous user profiles. Usage data includes data that concern the beginning and end and the scope of use of our sites and services by the buyer.

§ 4 Cookies and Web-Statistics

To improve our websites and services we make use of the piwik web analytics service that is hosted entirely on our own servers. To exclude the persons-data belonging to one of the recorded data completely the IP-Addresses in the Piwik web analytics database will be rendered and stored anonymous (abridged).

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer to identify regular/recurring users. They contain no personal information about the user. It is a random generated code. We use cookies to track your user session on our website (for example, after an application or a specific state, such as order history) to maintain. After the user session or after a manual logout the cookie expires.

§ 4.1 Privacy Statement for the Use of Google Analytics

Please note that on this website, Google Analytics code is supplemented by “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking).

§ 5 Comments and E-Mails

Naturally we collect and store any information you enter on "hieblmedia.de" or give us in any other way. The concerns about comments, names, email addresses and URLs that you enter in the appropriate comment field. This information is voluntarily and are not checked in any way. The use of pseudonyms, etc. is possible. We point out that the name, website URL and comments for each user of the site can be viewed.

§ 6.2 Privacy Policy for the use of Google +1

Information we collect and how it is shared:
The Google +1 button is a way for you to share information publicly with the world. The Google +1 button helps you and others receive personalized content from Google and our partners. The fact that you +1’d something will be recorded by Google, along with information about the page you were viewing when you clicked on the +1 button. Your +1’s may appear to others as an annotation with your profile name and photo in Google services (such as in search results or on your Google Profile) or elsewhere on websites and ads on the Internet. We will record information about your +1 activity in order to provide you and other users with a better experience on Google services. In order to use the Google +1 button, you need to have a public Google Profile visible to the world, which at a minimum includes the name you chose for the profile. § 6.3 Privacy Policy for the use of Twitter

On our sites functions of the service Twitter are involved. These functions are offered by Twitter, Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Through the use of Twitter and the function "Re-Tweet" the web pages you visit are associated with your Twitter account and if known to other users. This data is also transmitted to Twitter.

We point out that we as providers of the sites no knowledge of the contents of the transmitted data and use them through Twitter. We would gladly give information about the stored personal data with us. However we do not know more as you. If you want, we share the little knowledge of the informations within legal requirements with you again.
